An initial consultation will take 1.5 - 2 hours and involves a full nutritional assessment including an in-depth review of all the bodily functions and your family's medical history. We will discuss existing conditions and presenting symptoms in full detail. On completion of this session a personalised treatment plan will be provided and a follow-up session arranged normally 4-6 weeks later depending on the treatment plan.

Follow-up sessions take 45mins-1 hour and include an in-depth discussion of your progress; we will review your initial conditions/symptoms in great detail and discuss areas that have worked well for you and areas that have been more challenging. Following this you may receive some tweaks or additions to your plan to suit your lifestyle to support your progress.

In many cases clients will only need the initial follow up consultation. Those following a weight loss protocol normally prefer to book additional sessions.
